The Guangzhou Municipal Government has adopted a self-developed, secure, and controllable cloud platform to construct a unified "Digital Government" cloud infrastructure under the "1+N+M" framework (one centralized cloud platform + multiple specialized clouds + distributed edge nodes). This architecture establishes a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure capable of:Resource consolidation、Separation of OM、Data integration and Seamless cross-departmental collaboration
The underlying architecture of Guangzhou XC Cloud contains multiple CPU types, with a total of 1,977 virtual machines of various specifications and 445 physical servers, requiring highly customized management of security, backup, and other resources.
Winhong has adopted a "One Cloud, Multiple Chips" infrastructure architecture, capable of providing computing resource pool services for Kunpeng, Phytium, and Loongson CPUs;
At the same time, it has established "multi-cloud management" to achieve unified operational service management between the existing x86 cloud platform and the newly built XC Cloud platform, receiving positive reviews from users.
The total scale of Guangzhou XC Cloud that has been launched is approximately 139 servers, composed of 107 Kunpeng, 24 Phytium, and 8 Loongson servers, connected to centralized storage and distributed storage.
One adaptation center: based on Kunpeng, Phytium, and Loongson infrastructure, Winhong CNware and WinCloud is deployed to provide XC application adaptation services for various departments and bureaus
One testing center: based on Kunpeng, Phytium, and Loongson infrastructure, Winhong CNware hyper-converged environment is deployed to provide XC application testing services for various departments and bureaus
;One production center: based on Kunpeng, Phytium, and Loongson infrastructure, Winnhong CNware+WinCloud is deployed, divided into a management zone, an internet access zone, and a dedicated service network zone.
National Benchmark: China's first breakthrough large-scale e-government cloud platform constructed on a XC stack.
Supply Chain Security: Addressing the potential disruption of core IT technologies to ensure the security of IT industrial and systemic supply chains in China.
Backdoor Prevention: Eliminating covert surveillance vulnerabilities by eradicating implanted "backdoors" in critical IT and telecommunications infrastructure.
Technological Sovereignty: Securing ecosystem dominance in IT architecture while propelling industrial upgrading through autonomous innovation capabilities.
