This project is a key initiative jointly developed by Cloud Guizhou Big Data Industry Development Co., Ltd. and the China Electronics Standardization Institute under the strategic guidance and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the Guizhou Provincial Government.

Developed for the ARM ecosystem (including Kunpeng, Phytium, Ampere, and Marvell processors), this platform integrates development tools, security testing, and application demonstration environments. It achieves unified management of resources across legacy systems, new devices, and heterogeneous equipment, while enhancing operational convenience and user experience of the platform.

Utilizes CNware WinSphere virtualization software with WinCloud management platform (with unified support for China-developed chips), compatible with Kunpeng 912/916/920 processors，Phytium FT1500A/FT2000+ processors，Ampere Altra series processors and Marvell ThunderX2 processors

Unified Governance: Achieves deployment and unified management of both legacy and new heterogeneous devices;

Diverse Features: Includes enterprise-grade capabilities such as HA, DRS, and flexible resource scheduling;
