The resource pooling technology primarily based on virtualization has been widely implemented at Industrial Bank. While this approach enhances resource application processes and utilization efficiency, it still fails to fully meet user satisfaction requirements or accelerate innovation project timelines, indicating a gap from the bank's strategic objective of establishing group-wide cloud computing infrastructure.


Therefore, constructing a cloud platform is imperative to integrate underlying IT infrastructure across data centers. This initiative will achieve elastic provisioning, flexible orchestration, and dynamic metering of IT resources, deliver standardized IT services to business units, provide innovative user experiences and business models in the cloud era, and ultimately establish a unified group-wide shared data center with comprehensive cloud service capabilities.


方案描述

1.The platform will manage resources primarily in Shanghai, Fuzhou, and Chengdu, including existing and upcoming x86 resource pools, PowerVM resource pools, converged resource pools, storage resource pools, x86 physical servers, and Power physical servers.


2.Achieve automated provisioning for computing resources, storage resources, network resources, ESXi/VIOS configurations, operating systems, and database instance deployments.


3. Implement advanced automation for Oracle database clusters, MySQL master-master/master-slave clusters, application load balancing, and disaster recovery services.


4. Deliver a service catalog supporting resource demand requests, allocation applications, reclamation workflows, elastic scaling, data-level disaster recovery, and application-level disaster recovery.


5. Provide resource quota management and self-service operation and maintenance (O&M) capabilities for tenants.


6. Enable multi-tenant management, analytical reporting, metered billing, and profit center statistics for administrators.


7. Support lifecycle management for hosts, virtual machines, capacity planning, and resource orchestration.


8. Integrate with existing systems—including ITSM, unified identity management, O&M control systems, availability monitoring platforms, CMDB, and large-screen displays—to achieve unified, automated workflows for processes, O&M, monitoring, and visualization.
