To implement the requirements outlined by the People's Bank of China and relevant authorities regarding the advancement of information innovation technologies in office management systems, and adhering to the principles of mature availability, basic usability, and addressing gaps, the project aims to achieve "unchanged functional/business requirements, preserved system architecture, maintained performance metrics, and maximal adoption of information innovation." This entails migrating existing OA and email systems to an innovation-compliant infrastructure while fulfilling integration requirements for four designated entities.
