As a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China, State Grid Anhui Electric Power Company is primarily engaged in grid construction, production, operation, research, design, and training. The company bears the critical responsibility of optimizing provincial energy resource allocation and meeting the electricity demands of socio-economic development across Anhui Province.

The company oversees 16 municipal power supply companies and 72 county-level power supply companies, managing nearly 70,000 employees and serving 21.28 million electricity customers.

To meet the vertical business requirements of its subsidiary organizations, Anhui State Grid Communications Company needs to establish a new cloud data center. This initiative will achieve resource virtualization and unified cloud-based management of the data center; implement metering and billing for resource usage; enable lifecycle management and automated operations and maintenance (O&M) of resources and significantly enhance operational and maintenance efficiency.

1. Winhong CNware Virtualization Platform + WinCloud Cloud Management Platform;

2. Anhui State Grid Central Server Cluster: nearly 20 servers integrated with centralized storage;

3. Hosts internal systems including OA collaborative office platform, government systems, central monitoring system, and O&M management system;

4. Subsequent phases will expand cloud migration scale and integrate additional business systems based on operational evaluations.

1. Implements unified resource management, centralized scheduling, and integrated maintenance to enhance operational efficiency of IT information systems;

2. Achieves automatic installation of cloud resource monitoring software with lifecycle management, metering management, and workflow management functionalities;

3. Provides management capabilities for heterogeneous chips, supports future expansion of different chip architectures, and avoids redundant investments.
